It takes two technicians 56 hours of painstaking work to create a single Ombré by Mulliner exterior finish for a Bentley. The process, which creates a seamless transition between two complementary colors, was first shown at The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering, in 2025. What began with three colorways is now expanding, driven by a growing number of clients looking beyond the standard range.
The original finishes of Topaz Blue to Windsor Blue, Sunburst Gold to Orange Flame, and Tungsten into Onyx are now joined by five new pairings. The 2026 portfolio adds Alpine Green into Verdant, Cricketball into Black Velvet, Pale Brodgar into Brodgar, Portofino into Marlin, and Grey Violet into Damson, bringing the total to eight distinct options.
That flow of color can now continue directly into the cabin. For each of the Ombré exteriors, Mulliner is offering a matching interior Piano veneer. The finish creates a seamless color gradient flowing from the fascia into the door waistrails, connecting the exterior and interior design.
A More Dynamic Character
For models aimed at the performance-focused driver, such as the Continental GT S and GTC S, a new dual racing stripe is available. The design features one broad central stripe flanked by two thinner, contrasting stripes. It extends from the Bentley wings on the bonnet, across the roof, and finishes at the rear spoiler. The stripe is not offered for the roof of the Continental GT Convertible.
