In Portofino, the new Dior spa is conceived as a refuge nestled between gardens and the sea. The location is the legendary Hotel Splendido, with views overlooking the Italian Riviera. It marks a new chapter for the hotel and a strengthening of the relationship between the Maison and Belmond.
The space is designed as a haven of peace, a place for reconnection where time is meant to stand still. Treatments take place in the heart of the Belmond Hotel gardens, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and facing the horizon where the sea and sky meet. This project is part of a larger partnership vision from parent company LVMH.
Toile de Jouy and Rose de Granville
The treatment rooms themselves are furnished with the iconic Dior Toile de Jouy motif. Here, the brand offers a selection of facial massages and treatments centered around the Dior Prestige skincare line. These formulas are infused with the Rose de Granville, an ingredient noted for its regenerative properties.
The objective of the treatments is to restore the skin’s radiant glow through these specific products and expert massage techniques. The bespoke experiences combine the house’s wellbeing know-how with its latest cutting-edge innovations.
