The Morgan Supersport has been approved for sale in the United States under the Replica Vehicle legislation established by the FAST Act. Following an extensive homologation program with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the path is now clear for the brand’s flagship to be sold across the country, with the exception of California.
