One of the world’s most respected names in haute horlogerie invites the public into its universe for its most ambitious exhibition to date. Patek Philippe Watch Art Grand Exhibition Milan 2026 will open from October 2 to 18, 2026, offering a rare opportunity to step inside the world of the last independent, family-owned watch manufacture in Geneva.
This seventh edition of Patek Philippe’s global Grand Exhibition series arrives in Italy, a country that has shaped the brand’s history and remains one of its most discerning markets. Spanning more than 2,500 square meters of immersive space, the Watch Art Grand Exhibition Milan 2026 will be the largest show Patek Philippe has ever created.
A new world inside Milan’s CityLife district
The Watch Art Grand Exhibition Milan 2026 will take place in the iconic Palazzo delle Scintille, also known as the CityOval, located in the heart of Milan’s contemporary CityLife district. Beneath its 30-meter dome, Patek Philippe has constructed an entire universe divided into thematic spaces that guide visitors through the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and innovations.
The exhibition recreates elements from Patek Philippe’s most emblematic Geneva locations:
- Rue du Rhône headquarters
- The manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates
- The Patek Philippe Museum
This creates an intimate tour inside a world usually reserved for those behind the scenes.
500 masterpieces – and living craftsmanship
Watch Art Milan 2026 will assemble around 500 timepieces and objects, including the entire current Patek Philippe collection for both men and women. Everything from iconic designs to the most mechanically complex creations will be on display.
Artisans will demonstrate these techniques live – a major attraction for anyone fascinated by traditional horological craftsmanship.
A journey through horological history
A curated selection of historic timepieces from the Patek Philippe Museum in Geneva will travel to Milan for the exhibition. These include horological masterpieces from the 16th – 19th centuries – some of the oldest watches in existence – as well as creations that trace Patek Philippe’s evolution as a manufacture.
Visitors will also encounter some of Patek Philippe’s most advanced complications, including:
- Grandmaster Chime (20 complications)
- Sky Moon Tourbillon
A dedicated “Master of Sound” area will showcase the brand’s striking watches, an area where Patek Philippe has long been considered a leader.
Limited editions for Milan
As with previous Grand Exhibitions, the Watch Art Grand Exhibition Milan 2026 will introduce a series of exclusive limited editions, spanning multiple categories of the Patek Philippe collection. These special releases are expected to be highly sought-after among collectors worldwide.
What continues to impress us about Patek Philippe is not only the craftsmanship, but the sense of calm confidence they carry into everything they create. Nothing feels rushed or overstated – each piece is intentional and timeless.
