Range Rover Introduces a New Chapter
Range Rover has officially previewed the fifth member of its family, introducing the all-new Range Rover GT. Rather than creating another traditional SUV, the British luxury brand is stepping into the grand touring segment with what it describes as its most car-like model ever, combining elegant coupé-inspired proportions with the capability that defines the Range Rover name.

The new GT is built on JLR's Electrified Modular Architecture (EMA) and will launch first as a fully electric model. Hybrid powertrains are planned to join the lineup later, giving customers greater flexibility as the platform evolves.
A Minimalist Interior Designed for Calm
For the first time, Range Rover has revealed the cabin, showcasing a dramatic shift toward an even more minimalist design philosophy. A single central display is paired with a digital driver display, while hidden air vents stretch across the dashboard to create a clean horizontal layout.

Premium woven textiles replace traditional trim in several areas, concealing speakers within the dashboard and reinforcing the cabin's serene atmosphere. According to Range Rover, every surface has been designed to reduce both visual and acoustic distractions, creating one of the quietest interiors the brand has ever produced. Rear passengers also benefit from class-leading legroom, highlighting the GT's long-distance touring focus.

Electric Performance Meets Range Rover Capability
While technical specifications remain under wraps, Range Rover promises that the GT will deliver effortless electric performance alongside the long-distance refinement expected from a grand tourer. At the same time, it aims to retain the off-road capability that has always separated Range Rover from conventional luxury GTs.
Prototype vehicles are currently completing their final global testing programme, wrapped in a striking camouflage inspired by the landscapes surrounding Gaydon, where the vehicle has been developed. The pattern also reflects the advanced digital technologies hidden beneath the bodywork, with Range Rover describing the GT as its most technologically sophisticated vehicle to date.

A New Direction for the Range Rover Family
The Range Rover GT signals one of the most significant changes in the brand's modern history. Rather than simply electrifying an existing SUV, Range Rover is creating an entirely new interpretation of luxury mobility, targeting buyers who want the comfort and elegance of a grand tourer without sacrificing the versatility the brand is known for.
More details, including performance figures, range and pricing, are expected to be revealed later this year ahead of its market launch.
